The rules that apply when you book a tour or day trip with us
By booking a tour or day trip with Morocco Desert Vacation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Your booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit or full payment. We accept payment by bank transfer, card (through our secure booking process), or in cash at the start of your tour. Prices include all services listed in each itinerary.
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before departure for standard tours. If you cancel within 48 hours of departure, a fee may apply. No-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel a tour (for example due to force majeure), you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes are designed to preserve your experience and safety, and significant changes are communicated to you as soon as possible.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. We are not responsible for costs arising from events outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the total price you paid for your tour. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our control or by your own actions. You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during free time.
Children are welcome. For children under 5, we recommend shorter private tours. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
You agree to follow your guide’s instructions and to respect local customs, wildlife, and the environment. Any behavior that endangers others or the group may result in removal from the tour without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
